Pitch correction tuning: pianos can be very out of tune for a number of reasons:
extreme swings in the environment, too long between tunings, moving, neglect...

Pianos which are very out-of-tune require a special tuning called a pitch correction. This tuning brings the piano safely back to standard "A440" pitch. This process may need more than one pitch correction and/or multiple visits to 'stabilize' the piano. $60.00 per pass plus regular tuning fee.

If you are in the market for a piano, I would be happy to tell you about any pianos I know are for sale that meet your requirements. This service is provided at no charge. If I find a buyer for a piano you are selling, I charge a 5% commission.
